There are about 20 meters of wardrobe space + 5 clothes racks full of clothes,

and I still need some more!

We broke 3 clothes racks because they were overloaded with stuff.

My plumber promised to make me a hard wearing one,

from plumbing pipes,

so I have to give him dimensions.
