INSPIRED ACTION
There is a huge difference between inspired action and busying yourself with activity in trying to make things happen. When you are busying yourself with activity because you don’t believe the Universe is working with you, everything is hard and feels like a struggle. You feel as though you are pushing against the current of the river and getting nowhere. You feel exhausted, things begin to go wrong, and it feels like nothing is going your way. But when you are working consciously with the intelligence of the Universe, everything is effortless. All your needs to accomplish your vision are met, and you are in a flow that is indescribable.

LET IT BE
Have you ever heard of the saying ‘ what we resist persists, and what we embrace we erase’ ? When we welcome everything into our heart and let it be, there is no struggle. John Lennon said it beautifully, ‘when I find myself in times of trouble, Mother Mary comes to me, speaking words of wisdom, let it be’. Everyone can have their own interpretation of what these words mean, but it’s the ‘let it be’ that brings about the peace. Try this next time your faced with a challenging situation in your life, and see what happens. It may be uncomfortable to begin with because we are used to taking control towards an outcome, but it is very interesting to watch what happens when you just let go, and let be, before reacting.

HO'OPONOPONO
Sincerely I never been a big fan of mantras and procedural practices. I been a few times at a local buddhist center for their meditation sessions. I like group meditation but their mantras about dragons and evils to me was a an utter nonsense.
With ho’oponopono it’s drastically different. I am very practical person and had to try everything on myself. I don’t mind to accept 100% responsibility for stuff or doing mantras as long as I’d see a positive results in my life. I don’t buy promises of salvation in the next life. I want to see results here and now – and better sooner than later or I’ll say “thank you” and move over to the next teaching. And ho’oponopono practice literally did a magic to me, my life, my family and my surroundings.
I stumbled over Dr. Hew Len’s saying “I didn’t heal them, I healed part of myself that created them…” at one of the lowest points in my life. This phase grasped my attention and forced me to read everything about Ho’oponopono. It just made such perfect sense to my miserable depressed mind. And of course I tried to practice it. What followed for me was literally miraculous.
