AND JUST AS THEY HELPED THE PROBLEM SIDE OF THE EQUATION TO COME INTO FOCUS, THEY HELPED THE SOLUTION SIDE OF THE EQUATION TO COME INTO FOCUS, ALSO; AND THAT SOLUTION WAITS FOR YOU IN YOUR VORTEX OF CREATION.

WHEN YOU MAKE PEACE WITH THOSE WHO DIFFER IN DESIRE AND BELIEF AND BEHAVIOR FROM YOUR IDEAS OF WHAT IS APPROPRIATE, YOU DO NOT PERPETUATE WHAT YOU CONSIDER TO BE WRONG. INSTEAD, YOU ALIGN WITH THE SOLUTION SIDE OF THE EQUATION THAT HAS BEEN WAITING FOR YOU IN YOUR VORTEX OF CREATION.

LCHF KRUH



LCHF KRUH by Antonija Šupe
Potrebni sastojci
4-5 jaja (ovisno o veličini)
1,5 dl (100 g) lanenih sjemenki
2 dl (120 g) suncokretovih sjemenki
1,5 dl (55 g) kokosovog brašna
125 g badema, grubo nasjeckanih
100 g maslaca (ili 50 g maslaca i 50 g kokosovog ulja)
1 žlica psyllium praška (ili 2-3 žlice zobenih posija/mekinja)
1 dl vode
1 čajna žličica (puna do ruba) morske soli
malo cimeta
Zagrijte pećnicu na 170°C. Maslac neka je omekšan, sobne temperature. Lanene i suncokretove sjemenke usitnite (neka ostanu malo krupnije) u mikseru ili mlinu. Bademe grubo nasjeckajte. Istucite jaja, pa dodajte po redu ostale sastojke. Izlijte tijesto na pleh obložen papirom za pečenje. Vlažnim dlanovima oblikujte okrugli kruh. Po površini kruha pospite malo cijelih suncokretovih sjemenki. Ostavite da se peče 45 minuta na 170°C. Kruh može trajati više dana, a ljeti kad su velike vrućine, čuvajte ga u hladnjaku. Ako ne trošite puno kruha, možete ga narezati i zamrznuti.

Ovo je moja varijanta LCHF Dobrog jutarnjeg kruha
Sastojci, tekstura i okus ovog kruhića su fantastični. Kruh može stajati nekoliko dana u frižideru i svakim danom je sve ukusniji, a šnite se mogu zamrznuti i onda tostati po potrebi. 
Paše sa svim mogućim slanim i slatkim kombinacijama koje sam uspjela smisliti. 
Doista je savršen.
